Creating New Business Norms in a Covid-19 Reality

COVID-19 and social distancing have completely changed the way Kansas City does business. As the city emerges from the initial wave and continues to address the pandemic, business owners need to create new organizational safe business practices to address the reality of commerce in a Covid-19 world.
